If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use the platform. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use 9prep.in solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Automated access, scraping, or use of software bots is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits is a breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

All content on 9prep.in — including game software, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of 9prep.in or its licensed providers. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

9prep.in is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made in the 30 days prior to the claim.

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates third-party payment processors and game providers. We are not responsible for the policies or conduct of these third parties. Their own terms apply where relevant.

Security

We use 256-bit SSL encryption across the platform. You must not attempt to breach, probe, or test the security of any system on 9prep.in without explicit written authorization.

You may request account closure, data export, or a statement of your transaction history at any time by contacting info@9prep.in. Requests are processed within 10 business days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Registered users will receive email notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
